Kung Hei Fat Choy is a Cantonese expression for wishing a good New Year. In this family workshop, and in respect of Chinese traditions, everybody is invited to prepare for the arrival of the new year. To this end, we have to have the house tidied, painted with red and golden features and with the doors and windows decorated with messages of happiness, health and longevity with the divinities thankful for every type of gift. Tradition states that at this time of year everything that is not positive should be got rid of with old and useless items thrown out. What is important is to build up good energies for the New Year.
