In various ways across the East, and similar to the West, the arrival of spring is cause for celebration. For example, in India there is the Festival of Holi (Festival of Colours) while taking place in Japan is Hanami (observation of the flowering cherry trees). We hereby challenge all to come down to the Museu do Oriente to engage in a battle of colours as the best way to welcome in spring. The only requirements are plenty of good mood and some old clothing… There shall be other surprises and so make sure you are with us to celebrate the arrival of the most florid season of the year.
