In 2009, the EKVAT Group commemorates 20 years of singing Goa and promoting its traditions in Portugal and internationally. This performance seeks to recall all of the pieces created over the course of two decades with a selection presented live in this performance and others featured on a DVD recorded in 2005 to serve as a future memory.

The repertoire includes traditional pieces while others are Ekvat originals and are played, sung and danced in addition to two pieces of silent theatrical performance.

This event will also feature a performance from the GAMAT group of young musicians embarking on their learning of the sounds of Goa, also belonging to the House of Goa.
